Billing and Subscriptions
MedSpaces uses subscription plans to keep active listings published and available to marketplace users.

Current Listing Plans
- Starter: one active listing tied to the subscription.
- Pro: up to three active listings across the account.
How Billing Works
- Checkout and payment collection are handled securely through Stripe.
- MedSpaces stores subscription status, plan, Stripe customer references, listing associations, and publish eligibility.
- A listing generally stays published while the account has an active eligible subscription and the listing meets marketplace standards.
- If a subscription is canceled, expires, becomes past due, or no longer covers a listing, MedSpaces may unpublish or limit that listing.
Managing Billing
Signed-in users can manage payment methods, invoices, and subscriptions from the account billing page. Stripe may also provide invoice receipts and hosted billing tools.
Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade plans where available. If a downgrade reduces your listing limit, you may need to choose which listings remain published.
