Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of MedSpaces, including browsing listings, creating an account, publishing listings, messaging users, and purchasing subscriptions.

Acceptance
By accessing or using MedSpaces, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from these Terms. If you use MedSpaces on behalf of a company, practice, brokerage, owner, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Marketplace Role
MedSpaces provides software and marketplace tools for medical office real estate listings. MedSpaces is not a real estate broker, property manager, landlord, tenant representative, legal advisor, medical advisor, or lender unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
- You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, interfere with the platform, scrape the service without permission, or use MedSpaces for unlawful activity.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we believe activity violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm MedSpaces or other users.
Listings and User Content
- Listing owners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, photos, pricing, descriptions, licensing status, and all other listing content they submit.
- You must have the right to publish listing content and grant MedSpaces permission to host, display, format, distribute, and promote that content as part of the marketplace.
- MedSpaces may remove, archive, edit formatting, or restrict listings that appear inaccurate, duplicative, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, stale, or inconsistent with marketplace quality standards.
- Published prices, availability, measurements, amenities, and terms are informational and must be independently verified before a transaction.
Payments and Subscriptions
- Paid listing plans are subscription-based and billed through Stripe unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Listings may be published, limited, downgraded, unpublished, or archived based on subscription status, plan limits, payment status, and account standing.
- Taxes, payment failures, invoice handling, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds are addressed in the Billing and Refund/Cancellation pages.
No Professional Advice
MedSpaces content is for informational marketplace purposes only. Users should obtain their own legal, financial, brokerage, zoning, construction, healthcare regulatory, licensing, insurance, and tax advice before entering any lease, sublease, purchase, or service arrangement.
Disclaimers
MedSpaces is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, available, compliant, suitable for a specific medical specialty, permitted for a particular use, or free from defects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedSpaces will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or real estate transaction losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MedSpaces after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
