Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MedSpaces handles information for users who browse listings, create accounts, publish medical office listings, contact other users, or purchase subscriptions.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, and communication preferences.
Listing information, such as property address, city, state, zip code, photos, pricing, square footage, specialty, availability, amenities, and contact details you choose to publish or provide.
Marketplace activity, such as saved listings, inquiries, messages, search filters, viewed pages, device information, IP address, logs, and error reports.
Billing information processed through Stripe, such as customer ID, subscription status, plan, invoices, payment method metadata, and transaction records. MedSpaces does not store full card numbers.
Location-related information, such as listing coordinates, map interactions, and city or region searches used to show relevant results.

How We Use Information

To operate the marketplace, create and display listings, enable search and maps, support account access, send account notices, and route inquiries between users.
To process subscriptions, publish or unpublish listings based on billing status, manage upgrades, support cancellations, and prevent payment abuse.
To troubleshoot errors, monitor reliability, secure the platform, investigate misuse, and improve listing quality.
To send service messages, support responses, billing notices, security alerts, and product updates where permitted.
To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect MedSpaces, users, and the public.

Healthcare-Adjacent Data

MedSpaces is a real estate marketplace, not a medical records, patient care, or clinical workflow platform. Do not submit patient records, protected health information, treatment details, insurance records, or other sensitive medical information through listings, messages, support requests, or uploads.

Sharing Information

We may share listing content publicly when you publish a listing or choose to make information visible to marketplace users.
We use service providers for hosting, database/storage, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, maps, error reporting, and customer support.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell full payment card details, and payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track

MedSpaces may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals; because there is no uniform industry standard, MedSpaces does not currently respond to those signals in a separate way.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate MedSpaces, provide subscriptions, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, and comply with law. Published listings may remain visible until unpublished, archived, removed, or otherwise restricted.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure providers, and limited administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update account and listing details through MedSpaces account and listing tools where available.
You may manage billing details through the Stripe Billing Portal.
You may ask us to review, correct, export, or delete certain information by contacting support, subject to identity verification, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.
